SPOTLIGHT ON KINDERGARTEN
Mary Egan has taught in private school for seventeen years. For the past thirteen of those years we have been blessed to have her as our beloved Kindergarten teacher. She holds a BA in Elementary Education and Psychology from City University of New York, has earned personnel management credits from NYU, as well as hundreds of hours of continuing education credits in early childhood. Miss Mary's reputation among our staff, students, and parents is stellar, as evidenced by her placement in "Who's Who Among America's Teachers."
As a mother of three boys, Mary has always been an active participant in her community as well as her children's education. She was elected to Life Membership in the N.J.P.T.A. and held the offices of President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Class Mother Representative. She also sat on her town's Little League executive board and has been an active leader in Boy Scouts as well.
Mary has been a Christian all her life and is a member of St. Bernadette's Church. She values the privilege of teaching children from a Biblical world view, as well as the opportunity to teach in an environment where the teachers and director have served the Christian community successfully for many years.
